Processing request form data
Information you provide
The form sends RIM KOLOSS LLC your name, organization name (if provided), contact details, project description and any attached file. The submission date, request language and consent version are also recorded.
Purpose of processing
We use this information to review your manufacturing request, clarify requirements and prepare a response. Consent does not include marketing emails.
Storage and access
Requests and attachments are stored on the site’s hosting in a directory that cannot be accessed from the internet. Viewing requests and downloading files require the owner to sign in with a password. Attachments are not published. If notifications are enabled, the owner receives a short message with a link to the protected account.
Technical data
Necessary session cookies are used for the form and the owner’s sign-in. A technical identifier is stored temporarily to limit spam; the original IP address is not stored with the request. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are not connected.
Files and request content
You may attach one PDF, JPG or PNG file of up to 5 MB. Submit only materials you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, payment details or information unrelated to the manufacturing request.
Questions about your data
Requests and attachments are stored on the site for 7 days after submission. Access ends after this period; deletion from active storage occurs at the next automated cleanup (scheduled every minute).
